Careers at Star Dental
Star Dental wants the application process to be clear, respectful and focused on job-related qualifications. This notice explains what we collect from applicants, how we use it and the basic practices we follow when recruiting and hiring.
For an initial application, Star Dental may collect your name, email address, phone number, the position you are applying for, an optional professional note, and a CV or resume. The application system may also process limited technical information needed to operate the form and prevent fraud, spam or misuse.
Please do not submit a Social Security number, banking or medical information, identity documents, photographs, patient information, date of birth, school attendance dates or graduation dates with an initial application.
We use applicant information to review job-related qualifications, communicate about the application, arrange interviews or other hiring steps, verify licenses or certifications at the appropriate stage, protect the application system, maintain required recruiting records and meet legal obligations.
Applicant information is not added to patient records and is not used for patient marketing.
Applications submitted through the Star Dental website are sent by email to info@mystardental.com for review by authorized hiring personnel. The application form is configured to email the submitted information and attached CV rather than add it to the normal website submissions list.
WordPress, Elementor, Star Dental’s web host, email providers, security services and backup systems may temporarily process or retain application content, attachments, delivery logs or related metadata as needed to provide, protect and troubleshoot those services. Access is limited to people who need applicant information for recruiting, hiring, security, legal or technical support. Star Dental does not sell applicant information.
Star Dental generally retains application records for up to 12 months after an applicant’s last recruiting activity. Records may be kept longer when required by law, needed to address a legal claim or subject to a legal hold. When retention is no longer required, Star Dental deletes or securely disposes of records according to the capabilities of its systems and service providers.
Applicants may ask to correct contact information or withdraw an application by emailing info@mystardental.com with the subject “Applicant Privacy Request.” Star Dental may need to verify the requester’s identity, and some records may need to be retained for legal, security or claims-related reasons.
In any materials you submit, you may redact or remove age-identifying information such as age, date of birth, or dates of school attendance or graduation. You will not be penalized for redacting or removing this information.
Star Dental does not request wage history, criminal history, medical information or disability information in the initial application.

Star Dental follows applicable employment-authorization verification requirements after hire. Applicants should not upload passports, Social Security cards, work-authorization documents or other identity documents with an initial application.
Star Dental uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect applicant information. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security, so applicants should submit only information relevant to the position.
