Star Dental’s owner and general dentist, Dr. Menina provides conservative, personalized care for children and adults, with a focus on clear explanations and preserving healthy tooth structure. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto in 2010.

Dr. Nick Sigman, DMD
Dr. Nick Sigman brings more than 14 years of clinical experience and a calm, straightforward approach to Star Dental Denver. He helps patients understand their options across preventive and restorative care, dentures, extractions, and dental emergencies. He values honest conversations and explanations that make the next step clearer. Outside the office, he enjoys cycling, hiking, and time with his wife and their dog.
