Star Dental’s website helps you understand services and prepare for an appointment. Submitting an appointment request does not reserve a confirmed appointment. For an urgent dental problem or same-day availability, call 303-222-1414 so the team can discuss the next step.
Appointment requests and office hours
The office must confirm the date, time and type of visit. Do not use a routine website request as a live emergency-response channel. Published hours describe the office schedule; they do not guarantee that a particular treatment can start at any time during that schedule.
Call to confirm changes around holidays and the availability of the service you need. Walk-in patients may need to wait while booked patients are seen. IV sedation requires separate assessment and scheduling.
Treatment information and estimates
Educational pages explain common options and questions. Your dentist needs to assess your condition before recommending treatment. A page about a service is not a diagnosis or an instruction to change prescribed medicine.
Published fees are planning ranges with the scope described on the relevant page. Ask for an estimate that identifies separate services, expected insurance contributions and your anticipated payment. Coverage information must be checked against your current enrollment and the rules for the proposed care.
Images and records
Educational diagrams simplify treatment concepts. They do not guarantee a result or reproduce every step of a clinical procedure. Office photographs show the practice environment; patient-specific records belong in the office’s normal clinical communication process.
If you want a second opinion or are changing dentists, tell the team which records may need to be requested. Star performs an independent diagnosis even when previous records are available.
Getting the right help
Call the office for dental pain, a broken tooth, a denture problem or questions about a planned visit. Trouble breathing or swallowing, or severe spreading swelling, needs emergency medical attention. Call 911 for breathing difficulty. A routine dental appointment request is not appropriate for a medical emergency.
